Changes the owner of an object (table/view/sp etc) -

use :
sp_changeobjectowner [objectname] , [new owner]

example :

sp_changeobjectowner 'fasttrackuser.FastTrackPackageDocumentsCombinations', 'dbo'

must have appropriate permissions to perform this action.
