"Log on as a Service" Right (adding locally)

1) Launch the 'local Security Policy' console

Start Menu > Administrative Tools > Local Security Policy.


2) Expand the tree as follows >

Security Settings > Local Policies > User Rights Assignment

Double click 'Log on as a service' & add service accounts to give them permission.
